Workshop Description

Music Production

The Music Production Workshop is designed for participants eager to explore the art and craft of electronic music creation. The program can be delivered both in group sessions (up to 10 participants) and in individual mentoring formats, ensuring flexibility and depth of learning.

In the general workshop, students are introduced to a variety of electronic music genres, discovering their characteristic features and production techniques. They learn about the essential tools of music production, both analog and digital, understanding their strengths, advantages and accessibility. The sessions cover how to start making music independently: from choosing software and basic equipment to structuring beats, melodies and soundscapes.
Students also explore the commercial aspects of music production, including publishing tracks on streaming platforms, building an artistic identity and understanding opportunities in the industry.

In addition, participants gain insights into live performances, learning how DJs and producers become full-fledged artists who create unique sound journeys for their audiences. The individual sessions offer a deeper dive, focusing on hands-on practice with DJ equipment, digital software and live performance techniques tailored to the participant’s interests and goals.

By the end, participants will have improved their technical and creative skills, and will also understand the broader cultural and professional opportunities of music production. Whether newcomers or experienced enthusiasts, they will leave inspired to express themselves through sound and to connect with others through music.
